We provided election materials such as 45L polypropylene ballot boxes, white plastic seals, ballot paper, tamper proof voting envelope bags, etc. in the last two presidential elections in Uganda.
On February 18, 2016, Uganda held general elections, in which incumbent President Yoweri Museveni won and began his fifth presidential term. Continued re-election in 2021. In two elections, a total of 40000 45L plastic election boxes were provided, along with 200000 white security seals, 13 million ballot papers, and 500000 envelope bags.
The election materials are nested, sealed, ballot paper, and envelope bags are all packed in plastic ballot boxes, and then the plastic ballot boxes are nested to maximize volume savings. The goods are transported by COSCO Shipping from Guangzhou Port directly to Mombasa, and then by land to Kampala. Both times were within 25 days.
Due to the anticipation of the rainy season in Uganda, we added plastic wrap to the ballot paper, which was not requested by the client. Uganda's election partners specifically sent a letter expressing their gratitude for this.
The 45L plastic election box has been improved and upgraded in two rounds of voting, and we have also maintained the patent. The size of the plastic seal is also calculated based on the aperture, which maintains both firmness and smoothness of use.
