Do ballot boxes also need an “on-site interview”? For our long-term partner in Rwanda, it is not just the ballot boxes—the entire set of election supplies needs to be carefully reviewed. We have worked together for many years and have supplied various election products for local projects. During this visit to our company, the customer focused on confirming a batch of supplies for paper-based voting, including 60L transparent PP plastic ballot boxes, 40ml purple indelible ink, and security seals.

The 60L plastic ballot box is made of PP material, and the body can be produced in transparent or semi-transparent finishes. It features a closable ballot slot cover and 7 security seal positions. The wide, low-profile structure provides better stability, while the transparent design allows election staff to check the contents more easily. After voting, the slot can be closed and secured with disposable election security seals for easier transportation and handover. The customer also confirmed 40ml purple indelible ink with a 15% silver nitrate concentration, mainly used for voter marking procedures. It leaves a clear and easily recognizable purple mark after the required voting process, helping polling staff with identification. Although small in size, indelible ink is also an important type of election supplies for many polling projects.

After the customer confirmed the samples, specifications, and customization requirements, we arranged mass production according to the agreed standards.
